Dementia care covered by Medicare
The GUIDING an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) model is a new Medicare (CMS) program designed to support people living with dementia and their caregivers. JVS is honored to have been selected to participate in this groundbreaking new program starting on July 1, 2025.
As a GUIDE beneficiary, you and your caregivers will have access to a dedicated care navigator who will assist the entire family with supportive services tailored to people living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. The program is 100% covered by Medicare, with zero cost. Anyone with traditional Medicare qualifies.

Anyone enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B as their primary insurance is eligible to receive all of the GUIDE services at ZERO cost.
